The u10 girls were formed just prior to commencement of the 22/23 campaign , from a group of girls who were fairly new and a majority that had never played before.
The teams philosophy is to work harder than the opposition , and play a possession based style of football, playing out from the back, comfortable in possession under pressure and able to play through the thirds both quickly and calculated.
Out of possession the team focus on regaining possession within 6 seconds , with coordinated press and cover driven and communicated by the players.
The coaches are focused on delivering age appropriate coaching sessions focusing on each of the fa four corner model- tech/ tac, phschological, social, and physical.
