Each gym instructor delivering classes for Baypoint are fully qualified and experienced at modifying classes to suit the individual needs of all; ensuring each participant receives a fulfilling workout during every class.

Kettlebells is an interval based free weight functional fitness class designed to improve strength, mobility, core and posture. It focusses on unilateral training which helps hugely with muscle imbalances within the body and is a super way to get a full body workout.
