Each gym instructor delivering classes for Baypoint are fully qualified and experienced at modifying classes to suit the individual needs of all; ensuring each participant receives a fulfilling workout during every class.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another – seamlessly - using breathing techniques. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it can be confused with “power yoga“.

Clubercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat. They are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. You'll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class. These are both reusable and recyclable, so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones.
