If taking part in group activity is more your thing, we've an amazing choice of over 50 fitness classes per week to choose from with a fitness experience to suit everyone. Classes are free to gym members and members of the public can access via guest passes purchased online, via telephone and even just walking in.

We have an extensive range of classes varying from high intensity, to slow and relaxing. Our class timetable has been designed to ensure our members and guests have access to all genres of class; providing a balance that will suit all.

Each gym instructor delivering classes for Baypoint are fully qualified and experienced at modifying classes to suit the individual needs of all; ensuring each participant receives a fulfilling workout during every class.
