The Under 13s were created 2 seasons ago by Glenn Scott, as the first youth side at the club. Now managed by Glenn with coaches Kev Barrett & Bernard Sedgwick. We started off in division 4 of the Faversham league, very beginner standard but gradually improved as the season progressed. We begun season 22/23 in division 3, which was a very successful one having signed a few new players and development with existing flourishing. We went on to win this division.
In January, we were promoted to division 2, again we had a very strong season, finishing 2nd by only 1 point to top, only losing 1 game all season. We also made the quarter final of the cup competition.
With our continued growth and progress, we started to attract a lot of players from local teams, which has now provided us with the opportunity to create 2 under 13 sides.
Glenn's u13s will now play in the div 1 of the faversham league, where Glenn and coaches are providing pathways for all abilities as players are now separated & split into the 2 sides.
A very exciting season & project ahead for 23/24.
